Homeopathy
There are several "homeopathies": Unisyst, Complexist, Systemist...not all of which respond to a coherent system of thinking.
"The therapeutic ideal is to restore health in a rapid, gentle, and lasting way, to eliminate and completely destroy disease using the shortest, safest, and least harmful method, based on clear and comprehensible principles" (S. Hahnemann in "Chronic Diseases").
Homeopathy is a gentle form of medicine based on observing the effects of diluted and potentized substances on living beings (initially tested on humans, as the observer experimented on the product on himself). It is based on the principle of SIMILARITY established by Christian Samuel Hahnemann, as described in the Organon, published in 1810. The symptoms in patients are counteracted by agents capable of producing the same symptoms in a healthy person.
The great strength of homeopathy (and veterinary homeopathy) lies in its holistic view of the individual, whom it considers as a whole entity, reacting uniquely to its environment and stressors, taking into account personal feelings, as well as personal, familial, and epidemiological history. It does not limit itself to treating the body or a part of the body, but addresses the entire suffering being: body, mind, and spirit.
Homeopathy uses plants (such as Arnica montana), minerals (such as Calcarea carbonica), metals (such as Plumbum), animal substances (such as Apis mellifica), and even conventional medicines.

We have adopted a systemist energetic approach, based on the 5 elements of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). This comprehensive and holistic energetic medicine should always be considered as a first-line treatment for overall well-being and health.
It considers symptoms as essential indicators for identifying the true cause of an imbalance. Why does a person's immune system become more or less deficient at a given moment? This is the fundamental question that must be explored to treat the disease in depth, rather than merely masking the symptoms.
Systemist homeopathy, integrating the tools of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), biology, and psychology, brings an innovative perspective to medical science, the mechanisms of action of remedies, and their synergistic use. It clarifies and simplifies the study and application of diluted and potentized remedies, whether old or new. After extensively developing its doctrine in French-speaking countries, practitioners of the Institute of Homeopathic Medicine (IMH) hope that the international medical community, by validating these concepts, will enhance them with new and yet-to-be-discovered practices.
