What is it about
Phytotherapy uses the benefits of herbs and medicinal plants to soothe physical and mental disorders.
Aromatherapy is the use of aromatic compounds extracted from plants, essential oils, for medical purposes.
What is it about
Spagyria harmoniously combines herbal medicine, homeopathy, aromatherapy and trace elements into a holistic therapy healing body, mind and spirit at the same time.
In order to heal a physical illness, one must try to understand why the illness has occurred, as healing the mind and body go hand in hand. This is how Spagyric essences support this healing process. Treating the cause and not just the symptoms of the disease is a concept that is already present in the ancient medicines of mankind, Tibetan, Chinese and Ayurvedic, to name but a few.
Unlike traditional herbal remedies, spagyric essences are non-toxic, free of side effects and do not interfere with other treatments.
Historical landmarks
Paracelsus (1493-1541) was the first to introduce the notion of "Spagyria": He formed the word by combining two Greek verbs, one meaning "to separate" and the other "to bring together", implying the idea of analysis and synthesis, alluding to the specific method of preparation of spagyric essences, which allows for the most representative extraction of the plant. During the preparation of spagyric essences, the constituents of the plant are separated, transformed, purified and then reunited using techniques inspired by alchemical concepts.
The resulting spagyric essence is pure and natural and has a wide range of therapeutic properties; it has an effect on all levels of the human being. Healing must be achieved according to the principle of "quickly, completely and comprehensively". The process used by PHYLAK is therefore inspired by the work of Paracelsus and a later development of this by the German physician Carl Friedrich Zimpel (1801-1879).
The manufacturing process of the spagyric essences developed by PHYLAK Sachsen with the help of modern scientific techniques allows Spagyria according to Dr. Zimpel to occupy a prominent place among phytotherapeutic remedies.
